Chandler Rentz will be representing Batdorf & Bronson® Coffee Roasters and our customer Aurora Coffee at the upcoming Southeast Regional Barista Competition February 19-21 to be held at King Plow Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Chandler works for us in production at the Atlanta Roastery, and he also works for Aurora Coffee as their in-store trainer. He's been preparing for the competition since September, but as competition nears, he has stepped up his training from two or three times a week to daily, dialing in roast dates, fine tuning his signature drink, honing his script and perfecting his pace. Everyone at the Atlanta Roastery has pitched in to help him prepare every facet of his performance from coffee selection to serving as sensory and technical judges as he runs through his presentation. Chandler's drive and dedication, joined with our quality coffee, should deliver high marks for his performance and secure Batdorf & Bronson® a prominent place in the Southeastern espresso scene.
