Every time you order as part of our Loyalty Program, you'll earn points that will move you up our rewards Tiers, each with added benefits.
As you spend points on rewards, your progress through the tiers will remain constant. Check out below to see the perks for each Tier.

Earn and spend points at participating Dancing Goats & Kaldi's Coffee cafes. The Rewards program is not active at Emory University locations at this time.

Yes. Rewards points expire 365 days after they are earned.

The easiest way to check is via the Kaldi's Coffee app. Tap "Loyalty" and your current Tier status will appear on the screen.

Via the App: See what you've earned via the "Loyalty" button in the Kaldi's Coffee app. At Checkout, all offers that can be applied to your order will appear above your item list. Only one offer can be applied per transaction.
At our cafes: Enter the phone number tied to your account. Your friendly barista will let you know of Rewards you have available.

Loyalty Tiers are our way of giving extra love to everyone, while giving extra recognition to our regulars. Enter Tier 2 or GOAT Tier to have perks available to you on every order. Example: if you reach GOAT Tier, you can save 15% on all of your drip coffee. One perk or reward can be used per order. Climbing the Loyalty Tiers means you will always have a perk active, and if your order any eligible item, it can be applied to your order.

If you've been following the goat, you still have all of your points! If you have used your rewards account since 1//1/2023, your points were ported over in full to our new system.These points from Toast can be applied to rewards, however they will not be applied to the Tiers.

Open the Kaldi's Coffee app and select Gift Cards. From here, you can input the number of any Kaldi's Coffee or Dancing Goats gift card you have.

No. Cafe Rewards only accumulate for purchases made in our cafes, whether you order in-person, from our Online Ordering feature, or via the app. For-home shipments do not accumulate cafe rewards points.

Rewards: These are points that you earn and can spend as you please on things like a free scone or a free 8oz coffee. It is more like a wallet that increases or decreases.
Loyalty Tiers: Loyalty Tiers are based on how many points you've earned over 365 days. It does not matter how much you've spent - it's a running total. So, if you have earned a total of 2000 points, you've reached GOAT Tier (congrats!), even though your rewards points might show 50 points to spend.
