The paintings of Dana Squires are currently hanging at the Batdorf & Bronson Coffeehouse, 516 S. Capitol Way, in downtown Olympia. Danas work features brilliant colors on paper with bowls set simply on splendid tablecloths, a short series of birds and two pieces with echoes of ancient maps.
Her paintings will be up until April 22. Our featured artist for ArtsWalk on April 23 & 24 will be papercut artist Nikki McClure with illustrations from her upcoming book, Mama, Is It Summer Yet?
