SOURCING
Great coffee starts with great relationships. We don't just buy green coffee; we build partnerships, many of which go back decades.
From the Miersch family in Nicaragua to the La Minita farm in Costa Rica, our longest-standing partners are central to our identity. As we expand into regions like El Salvador with the Pacas family and Colombia with the Monserrate Community, we continue to seek out producers who meet our strict criteria for quality and sustainability and have a desire to form something lasting.
When you drink a mug of Dancing Goats Blend, you are tasting centuries of combined experience. It’s quality you can taste, and a story you can feel great about. So great, you may feel the urge to dance.
ROASTING
Roasting is where art meets science. Yes, we are data-obsessed, tracking every second and degree of temperature. But ultimately, a great roast is also about feeling.
We roast for balance and sweetness. The coffee bean is one of the most complex foods on earth, holding a world of flavor inside. Our job is to let that inherent beauty shine through, accentuating it with a rich, sweet base. Whether it’s our lightest roast or our darkest, it was crafted with intent to ensure everything you taste is delicious and reverent to its producers.

Our team is greatly influenced by the place we call home. We’ve been in Atlanta for over 25 years. The vibrant culture and the people of Atlanta are in our DNA and are the backbeat to everything we do. It's the baseline energy that we put into Coffee Worth Dancing About.
