Recurring Subscriptions FAQ

Customer Portal Login

  1. You can access your Customer Portal through your Shopify account login.
  2. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.
  3. Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
  • Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email. 
  • Having issues logging in? Some customers experience a rare error message when attempting to access their account. We've found that restarting your browser resolves it on many occasions. If you're still having issues, please email or call us! 

Subscription Rewards

  • Yes, any time you need. By signing up for a recurring tea subscription, you are not committed to anything aside from exceptionally great tea showing up when you need it. Cancelling, skipping, or swapping is very easy through your customer portal

  • Each completed subscription order will give you money back that you can spend on future subscriptions.

  • Orders 1-9: 2% credit. Orders 10+: 3% credit.

  • Redeem your accruals at any time. The longer you have your subscription, the more you earn back.

  • Earned rewards can only be spent on subscription products through your customer account

  • Any accruals will be lost if and when you cancel your subscription. Orders must be consecutive. Any cancellation of your subscription results in a loss of accruals and reactivation will count as "Order 1".

How to Skip a Delivery

  1. Once logged in, click on View Upcoming Orders on the right to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.
  2. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip.
  3. Similarly, to un-skip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.
  4. You may also edit an upcoming delivery in this section.

How to Update Frequency, Amount, and Size

  1. Within your subscription account you may edit the frequency or quantity of your order by clicking Manage subscriptions. 
  2. Here you will be able to change the bag size, grind option, quantity and cadence of shipments.
  3. This change will not affect other coffees within your subscription. 

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account.
  2. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order you would like to cancel.
  3. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason. 

How to Update Address & Payment Info

In the Address & Payment Details tab you'll find the current method of payment, email, and shipping address. To update your name and email, you'll click the home icon Edit your details.

How to Add a Product to Your Subscription

Within your subscription account, click View your next order. Beneath your subscription order you may choose from a list of items eligible to be added to your next delivery. After the product is chosen, you may determine if this is a One Time Purchase or if you'd like to add it as a recurring order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • When you place an order from us, our highest priority is sending you the freshest coffee possible. You deserve it, and frankly so do our world class coffee producers and their coffees.

    • If you order on Monday - Thursday before 3:00pm CST, your order will ship out the next business day.
    • If you order on Monday - Thursday after 3:00pm CST, your order will ship out the day following the next business day. (ex: orders placed at 4:00pm CST on a Monday will ship on Wednesday).
    • If you order Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, at any time, your order will ship out on Monday, barring holidays. 
  • We don’t accept any whole bean coffee returns, but we'll happily assist you should you not enjoy your purchase.

    Any merchandise (this excludes coffee) bought from our website can be returned to our roasting facility within 30 days for a full refund. Please note our cafes cannot accept returns for online purchases.

  • Standard US ground shipping is free for orders over $40! USPS Priority Mail is used for PO Boxes, Military, and International.

    Recurring coffee subscriptions: Standard domestic ground shipping will be free for recurring coffee subscription orders totaling over $25. $25 in this case means $20 worth of qualifying subscription products, for example 2 bags of Dancing Goats Blend. 

    Other promotions may be going on at any given moment, and are listed on our main page. USPS Priority Mail does not guarantee a certain delivery times.

  • We do! Customer will be charged the full USPS International Priority Rate and must follow their guidelines for international shipments.
