Our Olympia roastery was built in 1998 to accommodate a much needed larger production operation after outgrowing the downtown Olympia location. Located near the Olympia Farmers Market, the roastery is our corporate headquarters, main roasting and production facility for the west coast and serves as a training center for our retail stores and wholesale partners.
