    Our Capitol blend is one of our historic coffees, having stood the test of time as a fan favorite over the more than thirty years it has been around. It was named for both the street our first coffee shop was built on and the famous Olympia Capitol Dome. It is now a representation of our two roasters being in capitals on either side of the United States.
