• You will enjoy your coffee's best flavor within two weeks of its roast date.
• Orders received by 3:00pm PST Monday-Friday will be shipped out within two business days.
• Here are a some hints to get your coffee as quickly, reliably and inexpensively as possible:
  
  
  • Washington State Resident? - UPS Ground usually arrives the next business day after roasting.
  • UPS vs. Fedex? - If the UPS zone map link shows more than three days, try FedEx Express Saver for 3 day guaranteed service in the continental US (for about the same price).
  • Least expensive? - USPS Priority Mail is usually lowest for packages under 5 lbs (and they deliver on Saturday!) - Please note that delivery time is not guaranteed and packages cannot be tracked.

Shipping Policy

Orders received by 3:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday will be shipped out within two business days. All orders placed over the weekend (late Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on Monday and shipped out on Tuesday. If we have any difficulty fulfilling your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Occasionally we will offer a coffee that is in such limited supply that we will only roast it once a week. All of these coffees will have a notice on their description page regarding the shipment dates available.
