If our coffees, teas or food items fail to meet your expectations, please contact us for a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with any merchandise or equipment, or find it to be faulty, please contact us within 30 days of shipment for return shipping instructions. We will refund your money upon receipt of the product at our warehouse.
